People say, you can soak in Epsom salt water to help the skin acne, .... yes, sometimes boiling water and steam my face I think you are OK to some Epsom salt in boiling water so that it is able to deep cleanse the pores of the skin in place? thanx

I would be a little worried about inhaling a large amount of this mixture. If you can, where you breathe through your mouth to get out of steam, then use it in place.
It may be easier to get a drug for acne night in the pharmacy.
This seems a lot of work to go, just go to a doctor and use medicine.
Of course, Epsom salts are great to dive and swim in.
Honey, does'nt really matter, because eventually the truth cleanse your body free.
In the past I have really bad acne in my T-zone (forehead, around the nose) to the chin and I started with proactive and made a stressful situation. Now I am acne free. If you are a pro-active, as indicated, go to work. It takes time, but it's very emotional. I use it.
